What should I do if If get a 'Error in login' message?

You may have entered the wrong username or password. If you have forgotten your password, click on the “Lost password” link and it will be emailed to you. Keep in mind that your password is case sensitive. This means that if your password is ‘AAA’ (upper case), but you type in ‘aaa’ (lower case), you will not be able to access the site.

How do I check my messages?

To access your messages, login to your account and then hover over the “my profile” item on the menu and click on the dropdown ‘Messages’ . This will take you directly to your ‘Inbox’, where received messages are shown.

Why is my profile showing older/ inaccurate information?

If you are experiencing this situation, it is probably a result of your web browsers ‘cache files’. These files contain saved web page information, used to increase loading speed.

If you are using Internet Explorer, click on ‘Tools’ at the top of the screen, then select ‘Internet Options’. The next screen to come up should have buttons reading ‘Delete Cookies’, ‘Delete Files’, and ‘Clear History’. You will need to click on each one of these, and agree to what it says about deleting the files. After this, click ‘Ok’.

In Netscape, click on ‘Edit’ at the top of the screen, then select ‘Preferences’ and click the ‘Advanced’ tab. From the menu that drops down highlight ‘Cache’, then click the ‘Clear Memory Cache’, and ‘Clear Disk Cache’ buttons. After this, click ‘Ok’.

This should resolve the difficulties you are experiencing.

How do I update the information in my profile?

If you want to update any information in you profile, click on ‘My Profile’ at the top of the page. Click on “Edit Profile” to make your changes.¬†Remember to click the ‘Save Changes’ button when you are finished making changes.
